Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to Auto Merch & Content Toolkit (the “Service”), provided by Pcnaid Inc. By installing or using the Service for a Shopify shop, the merchant agrees to these Terms.

Eligibility and authority

You must be able to form a binding agreement and must have authority to install applications and manage the Shopify shop you connect. If you use the Service for an organization, “you” includes that organization.

The Service

The Service provides tools for collection sorting, merchandising rules, collection hierarchy, structured content, theme app blocks, and related operations. Features may depend on Shopify APIs, the shop’s theme, granted permissions, and the selected plan.

You are responsible for reviewing rules, content, schedules, product placement, and storefront changes before relying on them. The Service does not replace merchant judgment or Shopify’s own administration controls.

Account security and acceptable use

Keep Shopify administrator access secure and promptly remove access for people who no longer need it. Do not bypass access controls, probe other merchants’ data, disrupt the Service, upload malicious code, or use the Service unlawfully.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use the Service to build a competing product except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.

Plans, trials, and payment

Current plan names, prices, and trial periods are shown on the public pricing page and inside the app. Shopify presents and processes any paid subscription approval. Taxes and currency treatment may depend on Shopify and the merchant’s location.

A paid plan renews according to the billing interval shown during Shopify approval until it is changed or cancelled. Downgrading may remove access to paid features. Trial eligibility and conversion are governed by the approval terms Shopify presents for that subscription.

Merchant content and permissions

You retain ownership of content and store data you provide. You grant us a limited right to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service.

You represent that you have the rights needed for content, data, and integrations you configure, and that your use complies with privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Shopify, hosting, network, and third-party outages may affect features. We may change or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially disrupting paid functionality without notice.

Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pcnaid Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination and general terms

You may stop using the Service by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable law and courts will be determined by mandatory law and any valid agreement between the parties.
