Accessibility Statement

Effective and last updated: September 2, 2026

Pcnaid Inc. wants merchants and team members with disabilities to be able to evaluate and use Auto Merch & Content Toolkit. We aim to align our public pages and core app workflows with WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles.

Measures we take

We use semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus treatment, descriptive labels, sufficient color contrast, responsive layouts, and text that does not rely on color alone.

The embedded interface uses Shopify’s Polaris components where practical so controls follow familiar Shopify Admin patterns. We include accessibility review in feature work and address reported barriers according to severity and impact.

Known constraints

Some workflows depend on Shopify Admin, installed themes, browser extensions, or third-party interfaces that we do not control. Accessibility can also vary with merchant-authored content and theme customization.

This statement describes an ongoing practice, not a claim that every page or integration is free of defects. We welcome specific reports that help us reproduce and correct a barrier.

Feedback and assistance

Email accessibility@pcnaid.com with the page or workflow, the barrier encountered, assistive technology and browser if relevant, and a preferred way to respond. We will acknowledge the report and work toward an appropriate response or alternative.

If email is not workable, a support representative can coordinate another communication method through support@pcnaid.com.

Assessment and updates

We use code review, automated checks, keyboard review, and targeted manual testing as appropriate. We update this statement when our accessibility approach or major surfaces materially change.
